Do you think The Pion of the Christ was "gory" or an accurate depiction of what Jesus went through?

It was gory, but so was Christ's suffering. He suffered for allthe sins in the world, past and present. His blood was spilt for us and the forgiveness of our sins. The movie did a great job showing His suffering and it takes a heartless person not to feel anything while watching it.
