Who to start in the flex for week 12? Mike Thomas or Steve Johnson!?

Okay. Sounds crazy at first glance until you realize that Johnson is going up against the Steelers. Thomas doesnt have a great matchup himself in the Giants but after seeing what the Steelers did to a rested Raiders team, i have reason to worry. I also have Blair White as an option if a waiver deal goes through. What should i do?
