Has anyone worked in a women's shelter? I made some mistakes and need some help?

Just hang on - it will get easier as you gain experience. Don't worry about your co-workers, concentrate on the people you are helping, which is why (presumably) you took the job in the first place. Every one has to start somewhere, and you are already a better employee now than when you started. You will be an even better employee in a few more months. Remember, everyone makes mistakes - that is why pencils have erasers. You just have to learn from them and do your best.
