In Georgia, who's name goes first on a loan if there is a co-signer?

Had to have a co-signer to get a auto. They were told over and over that the person was a co-signer. They put her name first as the borrower and mine as the co-signer.They said in Georgia is didn't make a difference cause it would show up as joint account. Is this true or do I need to have them change the paper work?
