Pain in lower right abdomen and same area on my back?

i dnt think ur or ur discharge hav anythin to do with the pain in ur side but i think the pain in ur side might be appendacitis where ud might hav to get ur appendix removed if its rly bad that u cant walk go to a doctors immediately
