When republicans control congress and start implementing "change" that grows the economy?

Both parties brag about the economic success and adopt that success as their own. They do the opposite when there is economic distress. Nobody ever blames themselves - nor should they entirely. Economic problems (and successes) are derived from YEARS and YEARS (decades) of economic policies that neither party can take full responsibility for.
