Are baby baptisms biblical?

Christians dedicate their babies to God in Jesus name. This is so that the babies are called to belong to God and be protected by Jesus blood. Babies cannot make choice and God gave men the choice to come to Him. When a child starts to discern and can make reasonable choices in life, the child is ready to make decision to choose Jesus and be Baptised as a sign of rebirth from a sinful nature to a righteous nature.
