Question about a German Shepherd?

I already have one German Shepherd, but I am taking in another one from someone who cannot care for him. The one that I already have knows german and czech commands, but the one I am about to take in only knows german commands. I am just wondering if I should teach the new dog my dogs commands or leave his the same...I have asked other owners and keep getting mixed answers so any help would be great.
