What kinds of Torture are/have American POW's been subjected to in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Specifically... though gruesome to hear, I would like to know if anyone has very specific information on the types of torture that has been used against US or allied servicemen/women in the current Iraq war/occupation and Afghanistan as well. I've heard a lot of rumors, but I want to hear from people who know directly. If you have information on the numbers of people subjected to these tortures, that would be great as well. Despite the public nature... please be as specific and graphic as possible as I am not looking for generalities.
