How do i find the m1 or even mb or m0 money supply... how many dollars are there?

this is a question posted to discuss money from a theoretical standpoint, as well as a statistical and exact standpoint... how many dollars are there? are they even dollars, or are they by computer and credit.... how much of our money supply is bonds issued to other countries....????
