How do i repair system32\drivers\ntfs.sys?

I have the system32\drivers\ntfs.sys problem on one of my computers. I have window xp cd that I used on my pc "a" and I bought pc "b" from HP so there's no window xp cd included. Can I used the cd from pc "a" to recorrect the problem on pc "b"?
