Where can I buy a pageant dresse for a toddler that isnt a over 100.00?

My local mall is having a pageant and this would be her first. I dont want to go all out seeing is she is only 1 but my mom is insisting that i sign her up. We need a dress and I dont wnat to spend a lot.
